Inspired by Gloria Smith a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who has spent her life serving others. We are blessed to have her here with us to continue to inspire us. Lace Wooten

Lace, a proud native of Memphis, is the heart behind our mission. A marathon runner, health and fitness advocate, and lifelong volunteer, Lace believes deeply that movement is life. This belief is the foundation of everything we do.

With a passion for improving the quality of life in Memphis, Lace has spent years serving communities across the city from Germantown to Westwood. His commitment to wellness isn’t just about physical health, it’s about building stronger, more connected communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

8Ball, multi–platinum recording artist and Memphis music legend, brings more than just cultural influence to the table he brings a deep commitment to giving back. As co-founder of the Gloria Smith Foundation, 8Ball is using his platform and passion to drive meaningful change in the city he proudly calls home.

With over two decades of philanthropic work, 8Ball has been a consistent advocate for Memphis communities. His focus today is on empowering the next generation through youth programs that foster opportunity, education, and personal growth.
